Jennifer Minor brings experience in both residential design and design-build environments, taking a practical, detail-oriented approach to every project.

Our Process

    01. Initial Consultation

    We start with a conversation to understand your home, your goals, and how you want to live in your home.

    02. Schematic Design

    We explore layout options and develop initial Floor Plans and Elevations, shaping how your home will function, flow, and feel.

    03. Design Development

    We refine and develop detailed Plans, along with 3D visuals that help you clearly experience your home before it’s built.

    04. Construction Documentation
